Maximilian komt ons internationale team versterken! In september 2024 is hij gestart bij Effecty en gaat zorgen voor de Duitse visie op jouw online marketing.
My name is Maximilian, but most people call me Maxi. I am from Elmpt which is a small village in Germany right next to the border of the Netherlands. Therefore, I have spent a lot of time across the border which also made studying in the Netherlands very interesting to me. Currently I am studying International Business in Venlo, and I am in my 8th semester, working on my bachelor’s thesis.
I started my work at Effecty as part of my bachelor’s thesis on September 2nd . I will be working as a full-time intern until January 31st . I learned about Effecty through Annika and after hearing about her experiences with the company I knew I had to apply here. I truly feel like an equal at Effecty. The working atmosphere is great, and I am constantly surrounded by friendly faces, who are passionate about their work, which also drives me to do my best.
I am part of Team International together with Annika and Lena. I will help the team provide a German perspective to our existing clients while also expanding further into the German market. I would describe myself as a very curious person. I always strive to acquire more knowledge and experiences to expand my own horizon and share it with the people close to me. Besides that, I play the bass as I am really into music. I also love doing sports, especially calisthenics and bouldering. And of course, I really enjoy spending time with friends and my girlfriend.
My desire to learn also expands into other aspects in my life. Because of this desire, I also enjoy traveling a lot. I love going to interesting cities to learn about their culture and history. This is why I always try to visit as many museums as possible, as they offer a great insight into both dimensions. I believe art reflects the mindset of people from a particular time, which is why I find analyzing it so fascinating. I also like to look at magnificent buildings such as churches and castles as I really see them as a form of art and excellent craftsmanship.
I am excited about my time at Effecty, eager to gain new knowledge, and build
meaningful friendships along the way.
